Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or through our official customer support.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • 60% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 70 days or more before the departure date.

  • 40% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 70-50 days before departure.

  • 20% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 50–30 days before departure.

  • 10% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 30–20 days before departure.

  • No refund if canceled within 20 days of departure or for a no-show.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after deducting cancellation fees and non-refundable charges (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, etc.)

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.

3. Non-Refundable Components

  • Visa charges, travel insurance, and any services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation by SheanghahTravels

  • In case the agency cancels the trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., insufficient group size, natural disasters, political instability), customers will receive:

  • Full refund of the amount paid OR

  • Option to transfer the booking to another date or package without additional charges.

5. Changes and Amendments

  • Any amendments to booking (such as date change, name correction, or upgrade) may attract additional charges and are subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.). We will, however, try to assist with rescheduling or future credits wherever possible.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up for the trip or misses any part of the itinerary (flights, transfers, tours) without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
