Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized agents.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment must be made 10 days prior to the departure date. Failure to pay will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

2. Prices and Inclusions

All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in exchange rates, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control.

The package includes only the services specified in the itinerary (e.g., accommodation, transportation, meals). Any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost luggage, and personal liability.

The agency will not be liable for any claims arising due to the traveler’s failure to obtain insurance.

5. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport, visa, vaccinations, and other health requirements are valid and up to date.

The agency is not responsible for denial of entry or other travel disruptions caused by documentation issues.

6. Itinerary Changes

The agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or operational requirements.

No compensation will be provided for minor changes.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The agency acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers). We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services or events beyond our control.

Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

8. Force Majeure

The agency shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, or government regulations.

9. Behavior and Conduct

Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs during the trip. The agency reserves the right to terminate services to any traveler whose behavior is deemed unacceptable or poses a risk to others.

10. Governing Law
​

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or through our official customer support.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

60% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 70 days or more before the departure date.

40% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 70-50 days before departure.
-
20% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 50–30 days before departure.
-
10% of the total package cost will be refunded if canceled 30–20 days before departure.
-
No refund if canceled within 20 days of departure or for a no-show.
2. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after deducting cancellation fees and non-refundable charges (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, etc.)

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
3. Non-Refundable Components

Visa charges, travel insurance, and any services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation by SheanghahTravels

In case the agency cancels the trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., insufficient group size, natural disasters, political instability), customers will receive:

Full refund of the amount paid OR
-
Option to transfer the booking to another date or package without additional charges.
5. Changes and Amendments

Any amendments to booking (such as date change, name correction, upgrade) may attract additional charges and are subject to availability.
6. Force Majeure
-
No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.). We will, however, try to assist with rescheduling or future credits wherever possible.
7. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up for the trip or misses any part of the itinerary (flights, transfers, tours) without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Sheanghah Travels operates solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other vendors. All travel arrangements are made on your behalf with these providers, subject to their terms and conditions. 4. COVID-19 & Health Risks
Travelers acknowledge the risks associated with travel during or after a pandemic. It is your responsibility to comply with health and safety regulations, vaccination requirements, and testing mandates of your destination. We shall not be liable for any illness, quarantine, or expenses incurred due to health-related issues.
5. Non-Refundable Deposits & Cancellations
Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation charges as per the supplier's policies. We strongly advise you to review these terms before making any payment. Sheanghah Travels does not guarantee refunds for cancellations beyond our control.
6. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, visas, permits, and insurance. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we shall not be held liable.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings. Sheanghah Travels not responsible for expenses arising from situations where the traveler has not secured adequate coverage.
