Itinerary
Day 01: Dibrugarh → Pasighat (146 kms / 2 hrs) •Morning: On your arrival at Guwahati Airport / Rail Station, our representatives will receive you and give you a quick highlight of the tour and proceeds directly to Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh) •Afternoon: Halt on the halfway for the lunch and enjoy local Assamese cusines. •Evening: Arrive at Pasighat and check-in to the hotel. •Overnight: Pasighat
Day 02: Pasighat seeing day. •Morning: Post breakfast, explore Sally Lake & nearby Adi tribal villages. •Afternoon: Post lunch, explore Pasighat local markets & local crafts. •Evening: Explore Leisure Walk by the riverbank. •Overnight: Pasighat.
Day 3: Pasighat to Roing (120 km / 1. 30 hrs) •Morning: Start with early breakfast and drive through scenic hills and bridges of Arunachal Pradesh. •Afternoon: Explore Sally Lake and hanging Bridge nearby dambuk on the halfway. •Evening: Explore Idu Mishmi tribal villages •Overnight at Roing.
Day 4: Roing to Khonsa (195 kms / 6 hrs) •Morning: Early drive to Khonsa, the headquarters of Tirap. •Visit: Khonsa Museum •Namsang village: Learn about Nocte tribal traditions. •Overnight in Khonsa.
Day 5: Khonsa Exploration •Morning: Start the day with early breakfast to explore Laho & Borduria villages – traditional Nocte longhouses. •Afternoon: Post lunch, explore Khonsa market for local handloom and handicrafts. •Evening: Spend the leisure time interacting with the local people of Khonsa town. •Overnight at Khonsa.
Day 6: Khonsa to Longding (90 km / 2 hrs) •Morning: Post breakfast, drive to Longding – (land of the Wancho tribe) •Afternoon: Explore traditional village houses with intricate wood carvings and Local chief’s house for cultural insights. •Evening: Checkin to the lodge for the dinner and night. •Overnight at Longding
Day 7: Longding Exploration •Morning: Start the day with early breakfast and drive to Pangchao village (border village with traditional lifestyle) •Afternoon: Explore Wakka or Kanubari areas for traditional headgear and crafts. •Evening: Head back to the lodge for the dinner and overnight. •Overnight at Longding.
Day 8: Departure Day 08: Longding → Dibrugarh (140 kms / 5 hrs) •Morning: Start your return journey to Dibrugarh (Tea city of India) •Afternoon: Lunch on the half way and spend some time enjoying the green lush scenic views of Assam & Arunachal. •Evening: Our team will drop you at Dibrugarh Airport / Railway station for your onward journey with unforgettable memories. Bid adieu to our driver and guide. Trip ends.
